The Latest Addition to Reel Service ‘25 Club’

The latest team member to join the growing Reel Service ’25 Club’ is Production Manager Janice Reekie who joined the Tape & Reel Dept. in 1993, starting work on our manual tape & reel process.

Janice’s no-nonsense, hard work ethic, can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team soon saw her promoted to Production Charge Hand.  Then, through a rapid period of growth at Reel Service, Janice was promoted again to the role of Production Supervisor.  It was in this role that Janice showed she had the ability to lead and motivate a busy production department making her the ideal candidate for her next role.

For the past 11 years Janice has served as Production Manager, a role which Janice describes as being “equally challenging & rewarding” as she leads and motivates the largest department within the company.  Through her time as Production Manager, Janice has embraced the increasing number of automated machines introduced to meet ever increasing production volumes and customer demands.  But above all this, it is Janice’s ability to manage and motivate a growing production workforce that makes her such an invaluable member of the team as she deftly juggles all daily challenges with a helpful can-do attitude.

Congratulations to Janice for reaching this milestone in your career, the company thanks you for your commitment, hard work & dedicated service over the last 25 years.  It is experienced, knowledgeable hard-working team members such as Janice that continue to make Reel Service             ‘The Tape & Reel Company’.
