Reel Service ’25 Club’

Customer Service Manager Carol Grant is our latest member of staff to reach 25 years with Reel Service. Carol has grown with the Company from grass roots level and celebrated her 25 year’s service on 9th March 2017. We congratulate her on this magnificent achievement and thank her for her loyalty to the company over all these years. Carol now joins our ‘25 Club’ along with two other members of staff, Karen Brown & Carol Cook.
Experienced Supervisor Karen Brown’s wealth of experience strengthens our Kitting Dept and Operator Carol Cook is our longest serving member of the Tape & Reel Dept where her experience bolsters our night shift, further enforcing our ability to provide quick turn-around services to our customers.
Karen & Carol both joined Reel Service on the same day back in 1991 and continue to benefit both the company & customers with their extensive experience of component handling & processing. Carol’s son Jordan also joined the Reel Service team in 2015 and is a welcome member of staff bringing additional young blood into the Company.
Later this year will also see an additional 2 members of staff joining the Reel Service ‘25 Club’ and within the next 2 years, 10 more staff members will join the ‘25 Club’, surely testament to Reel Service’ long term commitment to care of both staff and customers, we are proud of our committed and dedicated workforce.
